Our First Lesson

Topic 1: Touch Typing

Learning the home key method

We will be covering the letters on the keyboard you type most often, and teach you the proper position of your hands to facilitate touch typing. I have posted up a picture of a keyboard for you that you can take a look at and practice with. We will also provide a typing exercise program to allow you to practice here when you have the time.

Remember!Precision over speed always, precision produces speed.

Typing Word List

You should practice trying to type all of these words without looking on your hands using the home key method. This will speed up your typing a great deal.
